Our Organic Orecchiette are made by artisans using the finest durum wheat semolina and natural spring water from the Puglia region of Italy. Lush Puglia is located in the heel of the boot shaped country and harbors the perfect climate and soil conditions for hardy durum wheat. These sauce-catching, unusual-shaped pastas are the specialties of the area, often enjoyed with broccoli rabe (rappini).
